What is the difference between PMS copy and master-child copy?

With PMS copy, you place the order from our web terminal into selected accounts or groups; it is the fastest, gives instant confirmation across all legs, and suits manual traders. With master-child copy, you trade inside your master broker terminal or charting screen, and Tradez replicates it to child accounts in the background based on custom multipliers. Both are included in your plan.

Is my data and broker API credentials secure?

Yes. All sensitive API credentials, TOTP secrets, and access tokens are encrypted with military-grade 256-bit AES cryptographic keys before storage. Passwords are one-way hashed. We never sell or share user data, and all order executions remain strictly between your accounts and your broker's official API gateways.

Can I see whether a delay was caused by Tradez or my broker?

Yes! Every single executed order includes an exact microsecond timing breakdown showing how long the Tradez copy engine took (typically 18-35ms) and how long your broker's exchange gateway took to acknowledge, so you can always see where execution latency occurred.

Do I need a static IP, and can I use my own?

Certain Indian brokers require a dedicated static IP address whitelisted on your API application for SEBI compliance. Tradez allows 1-click allocation of clean, dedicated IPv4/IPv6 static IPs from ₹100/month. On IPv4 brokers, you can also bring your own static IP at zero charge.
